X I can't enter my details into the form Please search for your details in the search bar at the top of the page and select your name from the list. Your name, medical centre, suburb and provider number will auto-populate the form, leaving you to complete the rest. X I can't find my details using the search bar Step One: Search using the provider number linked to the practice where you conduct pain consultations. Enter the complete provider number, including the two end letters, and select “Provider Number” from the dropdown menu. Step Two: Search using your surname, first name, or suburb, ensuring you select the corresponding search item from the dropdown menu. Avoid entering your first and surname together in the same search. Keep in mind that searches are limited to 20 results per query. Step Three: Confirm with your Practice Manager that your practice’s software is registered to receive correspondence via HealthLink. If it is, you can use your HealthLink EDI to search for your details or contact Rubix Health for further assistance. Unfortunately, you cannot register with Rubix Health if you are not registered with HealthLink. Please note that registration with HealthLink is free, and there is no cost to receive correspondence.
